Which factors kick you from inside to restart yourself? Share with us.

Life can be heavy at times and what really gets me on the inside to kick start me all over again is the reason why I started in the beginning. I remind myself about my dreams, mission in life, people who put their trust in me. Failures and disappointments are painful and yet they teach me how to recover. I ponder about my future I would like to create, and the person I should become. Music, silence and deep thinking usually arouse that fire. Above all, I am never going to allow my past to tell my future-I start again, because the only way to grow is to stand up, not to give up. All things have a new beginning, and there is always an opportunity to change the storyline, and it is what encourages me to continue.

Do you think feel-good factors are vital to perform(personal and professional fields)?How?

Oh, yes, the feel-good factors play a crucial role either in personal and working spheres. When we are in good mental and emotional condition, we are more motivated, extremely focused and productive. Happiness in our personal lives assists us in establishment of a stronger relationship, better decisions and maintaining an equilibrium during difficult situations.

Vision prevention can be seen as an encouraging and healthy work situation which enhances performances, collaboration and creativity. It can be making us feel wanted, valuable, to just liking what we do. This decreases stress and makes people more satisfied and, as a result, successful in the long-term perspective. It can be something as simple as a five-dollar win, a kind word, or most importantly doing something we are in love with, feel-good factors initiate our motivation and also it enables us to do our best at whatever we are doing.

Just in case you are a flesh and blood person, and you want to feel good on the inside, begin by being good to yourself. Be self-loving and avoid the comparison of your path and the paths of others. Take a lot of time to do things that distract you from your problems and make you peaceful, e.g. reading, walking in the nature, listening to music, meditating, etc. And uplift others and also stay away with the negative people. Be grateful every day; this helps you to think not about the lack of something, but about the presence of something.

To be able to eat poorly, set smaller and significant goals and enjoy your progress. Look after your body by means of proper rest, food and exercise. Above all, forget about guilt or regrets and forgive yourself. You cannot have inner peace when you are not perfect; you can obtain inner peace by being yourself and shedding joy each and every day.
