• Gratitude changes our perspective by shifting our focus from what we lack to what we already have. Also, in addition to this, gratitude helps us to feel content, grounded, and hopeful.

• Gratitude improves our mental health, especially when people who practice it experience less stress, anxiety, and depression because they train their minds to notice good things.

• Gratitude builds resilience when we are thankful, even in the hardest times, we learn to see challenges as lessons instead of seeing challenges as losses.

• In all gratitude strengthens relationships, which, by saying thank you and appreciating others, makes people feel valued and connected.

We can implement this word in our daily life in the following ways:

• By starting our day with appreciation before getting out of bed, we should at least name three things we are grateful to God.

• By expressing thanks regularly, either verbally or through messages, others should know when you appreciate something.

• By practicing mindful gratitude, such as noticing nature, our health, and our senses.

• By ending out day reflective before going to bed.
