I believe that being organized in some way also reflects how disciplined you are as a person. Being organized talks a lot about you as a person how you are. It takes a lot of effort to be organized. Being organized means setting a structure, adhering to timelines, bringing order and above all a good level of planning to make sure whatever task is there is completed.
How did you glance towards the word organized? Define!
Being organized makes us understand what are the priority tasks that has to be given importance first and which tasks can be done later, it will allow a good time management system and also reduce unnecessary stress. When one is not organized then it can lead to a lot of stress, because there is no planning, time lines are not kept in mind, one may not be able to identify what are the priority task and in this manner it can be all haywire.
One can identify how organized a person is from the state of their home. I have always observed that the people who are organized their homes are at any given time very neat and clean, and everything is in it's place. If you need something, it will be instantly found. Like clothes in the cupboard, if they are well organized they are easy to find. A neat and clean home not only when there are guests but as I said at any given time. It will also reflect in their work place, everything on their desk will be in order and if any file is needed it will be instantly found. Even the data on their computer will be well arranged.

Being organized will reflect in many places and it will just not be limited to completing the task.
Are you an organized person in your personal and professional Life?
Without any second thought I can say, I am a very organized person. If I have a big task at hand, I will start planning on it months or days in advance depending on it's complexity. To be honest 2 decades back I was not, but gradually I improved and from the time I have shifted to another country, all the more I am, because a lot of tasks I have to manage independently and I would like to do it efficiently so being organized is the only way to do it. For all important big tasks, I prepare a plan, I have a checklist with timelines and my dependencies are noted well. This helps me complete it smoothly. It always feels very easy to do it this way, when the task is well broken down because it brings lot of clarity.
Do you believe organized work saves our time, energy and money?
Let me give you an e.g. In my family, hubby and son are not at all organized, theirs is always last minute things, especially when we travel. I start packing my things some days in advance, I have my checklist so that nothing is missed. They would pack some hours before we have to leave the house, and the result is they have always forgotten something or the other to carry, so we have to buy that on the trip, which is additional cost to us. And the humorous part is that they will blame me that I did not remind them.....haha.
Yes, when you are unorganized, it can cost you your time, energy and money. For e.g. if your workplace is unorganized and your boss will ask you for some file, which you are not sure where it is kept. So you are going to spend time searching it and your energy is going in to that unnecessary additional activity. After the search it is possible you may not find it, so it's going to be a problem telling your boss that you have not been able to find it, which will impact your own reputation and you can be termed as an inefficient worker.
When we go to a supermarket or a library, everything is so easy to find, because they are well organized, now imagine that they have randomly kept things anywhere, anyhow, in that case how difficult it would be to buy things and it will result into additional time.
An organized person will always be on time and will also be mindful of other people time. Their task will be done efficiently, they will not have misplaced things, there will always be clarity in whatever they are doing and they will be able to achieve their goals easily.

Most of the men are like that :-) they become relaxed with their wife around knowing they will be taken well care off :-)
