Alas!
The small moments of life,
Moments that matters,
Like the essentiality of oxygen to humans,
They matter.

The small moments of life
Moments from childhood,
Moments from adulthood,
Moments from the aged,
All moments that matters.

The small moments of life,
A short but peaceful moment, shared from the cry of a newborn, shared from a mother alive, alive she is.
Moments shared from a glad husband and father, unbothered by pressure.
The birth is a peaceful joy
For these are small moments of life.

The small moments of life,
He could seldom see through his bars of rage.
Now, he dares to claim the sky.
Hardwork and consistency paid off.
The peace in life's pace,
Life's calm, my soul's balm
A hidden treasure of peace found in a shared success.

The small moments of life,
A moment where different spoons dive into one tray,
A moment where all rushes to hug both.
Goodies in hand to accompany these warm hug,
Moments from kindergarten to college,
Moments where in turn a smile is put across when goodies are now asked by both who saw you through, for they reap the fruits of labour.
Small moments of life shared with family.

The small moments of life,
When total strangers become family,
Willing to grow, build, share tears, and bound with you.
Special moments shared with friends.

Alas!

Small moments with friends and families,
Moments with those who make life worth it
