Hello friends

It's amazing how all my life I have always loved to discuss the issue at hand today. I see another opportunity to do so in this beautiful contest.

How do you glance towards these two words from your perspective? Explain!

From my perspective the word Ego and the word self confidence are totally two different word. Many people may mistake one for another.

Self confidence is a vital attribute or virtue that we humans should have, it's like a motivation or a push that tells you nothing is impossible or everything can be done or achieved even in the phase of danger or difficulties.

Self confidence is the right deposition it takes to cross the hurdles of life. While growing up at some point I lacked self confidence, in class I didn't believe my answers was right and when someone else answers the same questions with the same answers I had in mind, I will be like oh wow I was correct after all, so why didn't I say it?

Self confidence gives you boldness. Self confidence reflects in words and actions.

Now let's talk about ego!

Ego is a character disposition where a person tends to feel proud and all knowing. A person who is full of ego doesn't consider the opinion of others in a matter, is too proud to admit their faults and goes around bossy and feeling like a god.

A person who is egocentric talks down on others and hardly thinks he is wrong. They say most men are full of ego and I totally agree. Over here in my country, men from my tribe are seen as been full of ego. They have self pride, and protects it with their life.

How can we differentiate whether it's ego or self-confidence

We can actually differentiate wither it's ego or confidence when it's been displayed.

Confidence	Ego
Confidence is a knowing not self seeking	Ego is self seeking
Confidence proceeds humility	Ego speaks pride
Confidence listens to learn	Ego learns to disapprove
Confidence is teachable	Ego is defensive
Confidence is respects self worth and values others	Ego knows self worth but doesn't appreciate it in others.

Do you believe one we must reject and the other must enforce in our self-improvement? Which one and why?

Yes I believe we must reject Ego and embrace self confidence. Self confidence is not pride at all therefore we must embrace it and enforce it it for self improvement.

Ego kills, it blinds you from seeing the treasures in others and from seeing your own faults.

With self confidence we can become whatever we desire and and set our heart to do. Self confidence is like a fuel that boosts or fast track things. It pushes you beyond your limitations.

Self confidence is a quality virtue we should all have in our life, it's sets you on a plan of possibilities!
