The word organize is the term used to describe a person who is pays attention to details, arranging and fixing things the way it should be. The term also describes a person who plans before time making sure there are nothing left on done.
To organize simply means to be in charge making sure everything is in order, place things where they should and doing things the way it should be done.
The word organize goes beyond fixing things, I think the word organize it's a person who is been intentional about things generally like how they lay their beds, how they arrange their setting rooms, kitchen, book shelf and even down to dressing and make up.
Are you an organised person in your personal and professional Life? Share! |

Yes to a great extent I can say I am an organized person. Infact I use to think I was a perfectly organized person until lately I discovered I was not as organized as I thought I were. But generally I am organized.
I like to keep my space in order things like my clothes, shoes and books I keep them well. I had to buy a wardrobe in other to fix in my clothes, bags, shoes and books in there so that my room can look beautiful and organized.
Because of how organized I am professionally, I do not like to attend any meetings or gatherings late. Therefore I normally plan my self during the week or night strategizing on what to wear, get them ironed and ready, Get things ready and put them in place and making sure I sleep on time.
Most of the times I think things through before I take actions or make decisions that's been organized. I avoid making decisions or taking steps in haste.
I have been an administrator in an organization for the past 8years so yes I can body say I am an organized person. I fix schedules and reminders making sure things that needs to be done are carried out effectively. I also work closely with my boss doing all that needs to be done.
My working as an administrator has made me conscious of time which is called time management. There are many experiences I have gained which has helped in building me up into who I am today.

Of course I do believe that organized work saves our time, energy and money. When a person learn to do the things they are meant to do on time, it creates space to do more things and you won't be in a hurry to do it when you have done it before hand.
Imagine that you are meant to attend a job interview in 3 days time. You have not been to the said address before and don't even know where it is located. Someone who is organized will get his clothes ready for the interview, get the necessary documents ready too and also make attempts to find the said location for the interview knowing his way around so that on that day of the interview he won't find it difficult to locate.
But guess what? Someone who is not an organized person will wait until the day of the interview, that morning he will begin to look for the clothe he will put on to iron it. He will start looking for his documents and by the time is is leaving the house he is almost late already. Remember he doesn't know the location, he will start asking questions to locate the place, he will end up spending more money and time, by the time he gets there he is already tired which means he has lost some energy.
From the example I have given you can see that an organized person has been able to save time , energy and money while the one who is not organized has lost time , energy and money.
