How do you glance towards these two words from your perspective? Explain!

From my point of view ego and self-confidence are like two sides of a coin but one side can shine while the other can harm. Ego is something that makes a person feel superior to others. It builds a false image inside the mind that we are better more talented or more important than everyone else. Ego often creates distance between people and fills the heart with pride stubbornness and a sense of “I am always right.” On the other hand self-confidance is a positive and healthy feealing about one’s abilities. It helps a person believes in themselves without underestimating or disrespicting others. A confident person knows their worth but also accepts that others have value too. I see self confidences as a light that guides us towards growth success and happiness whiles ego acts like a wall that blocks our path and keeps us from learning new things. So in my perspectives ego is based on arrogance and insecurity while self-confidence is based on self-belief and peace. One pushes people away whiles the other brings respect and trust closers.

How can we differentiate whether it's ego or self-confidence?

Sometimes it becomes hard to tells the diference betwean ego and self confedence because both makes a person appears strong and sure of themselves. But if we look closely we can find clear signs that separated one from the other. When someone has self confidence they are humble and open to learning. They can accept mistakes take advice and give credit to others. They don’t feel jealous of others’ success and they never think that admitting a fault makes them weak. Confident people encourage others stay positive and are not afraid of challenges because they believe in their potential. However when it comes to ego the behavior is quite different. A person driven by ego hates to be corected or questioned. They always wants to be praised and never admit when they are wrong. Their hapiness depends on being better than others rather than becoming a beter version of themselves. Ego makes a person defensive argumentative and sometimes even rude. In short we can say self-confidence is about improvement while ego is about competition. Confidence says “I can do it ” but ego says “Only i can do it.” Confidence grows from self-awareness while ego grows from fear of losing control.

Do you believe one we must reject and the other must enforce in our self-improvement? Which one and why?

Yes i truly believe that we must reject ego and enforce self-confidence in our journey of self improvement. Ego is like a poison that slowly damages our character relationships and success. It keeps us from growings because it stops us from acepting that we can still learn more. Peoples with ego often end up alone because no one likes to stay around someone who always wants to prove superiority. Self confidence however is a key to personal and professional growth. It gives us courage to take action to speak up for ourselves and to try again even after failure. Confidence makes us respectful balanced and emotionally strong. When we have confidence we don’t need to put others down to feel good about ourselves. Instead we lift others up because we feel secure in our own skin. For example if two people face failure one with ego and one with confidence their reactions will be very different. The person with ego might blame others make excuses or give up out of shame. But the person with confidence will analyze what went wrong learn from it and try again with more wisdom. That’s why self-confidence is essential for real self-improvement while ego must be rejected completely. To build self-confidence we should focus on learnileng practice gratitudes and stay surroundid by positive peoples. We should remind ourselves that everyone is uniques and valuable. There no need to compared or completely all the time. By keeping our hearts humbled and our minds open we can grows in every area of life.
