Today I Made Caramel Honey Cassava Cake
This cassava cake is also very delicious. Even without caramel, the result is still beautiful and the taste is soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients:
Grated cassava
2 eggs
220 grams of granulated sugar
40 grams of tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
200 grams of coconut milk
150 ml of liquid milk (can be substituted with water)
Stir everything until well combined. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste and 80 grams of melted margarine.
Stir again until everything is evenly mixed. Then, pour it into a 22x22 pan.
Then I spread it evenly, then baked it at 170° until cooked through.
After 50 minutes, it was done and browned. I took it out of the oven and poured 1 tablespoon of honey over it, spreading it evenly.

Then I put it back in the oven and baked it for 5-10 minutes. And here it is.
Because I brushed it with honey, the color is beautiful.
Wait until it's completely cool, then I take it out of the pan. It's delicious.
