Housing of the Future Does Not Look Like those Green Skyscrapers. It is Far Better!

HousingForEveryone.png

I usually write blogs about how the suburban housing market is going to crash, and burn, and turn to ashes. I am going to try to show here some of the better ways that are coming to house ourselves.

The entire reason for cities was because of economic opportunity that surrounded industries/manufacturing. When that economic opportunity goes away, the city crumbles. Look at ghost towns of the mining era, or Detroit today. And what is coming is far worse than the factory jobs drying up. There will be no reason for big cities in the future.

And we will soon have electricity, locally produced, and so we do not need to be connected to a grid. Nor will we want to be.

As those mother WEFers try to build 15 minute open air prisons, the population is going to be moving to an entirely different way of living.

So, do not invest in real estate unless it is a homestead. There will be entire tracts of suburban houses left abandoned.

15 Minute Cities

Those mother WEFers are going to try to make houses so expensive that no one can afford them, while also buying up everything in certain areas with their tentacles like Black Rock.

T.H.E.Y. are going to push humanity to the breaking point, and then offer these wonderful tiny apartments at the cheap, cheap price of your soul.

Then they will eliminate personal modes of transport. Saying it is for the environment.

These places will be really nice prisons, that as long as you keep your credit score high, you can live fairly freely. As long as you never want to leave.

It will be all the latest high density housing, to leave as much wild lands human free as possible.

The worst thing about these places will be that you won't be able to go be with your clan/tribe/"family". You will be stuck, and what really sucks, is that many people would like to stay stuck.

So, watch out for areas of cities "burning down" and then sold to these "developers" who are going to be making "cities of the future"

Find your Tribe

In the big city, no one really knows you. You are anonymous. Most people are alone in a crowd.

A person can only really know about 100 people, and so, to be truly integrated into a community, it has to be smaller than that number.

And a shared domicile only works with a number less than 20, maybe as low as a dozen.

Do you know why the Amish don't allow cars? Because it makes the group of people too spread out. And if the people are not close enough to integrate into the community, than communication breaks down. It is very essential to a community to be close enough to bump into and talk with everyone else.

So, the future of housing will be some form of communal housing. Some "families" will buy up an apartment complex and live there, but most will build large, multi-roomed houses. With meeting rooms/get together rooms. There will be buildings for the utilities. And there will be a building for the "family" business. Each "family" will make something for trade. Like, some in Florida will grow oranges, and carefully ship fully ripe fruit to people who want it.

And of course, there will be a building for the making of things. From clothing to spare parts. These communities will be very self sufficient.

Housing should be paid for only once

Today we pay for housing several times over. Just from interest on a mortgage. And then, we compound that by selling the house to another, who will pay for it several times over. This process will drain the planet dry, while everyone will think that house are just getting more expensive.

In the communities of the future, the housing will be built by the community. It will be free of debt. And will be built to last centuries. Not this ticky-tacky we build houses with today. These house will survive bombs and space lasers and natural disasters.

The ideas of "Property tax" will be gone. Why would you pay tax just for daring to want to sleep under a roof? So, these community dwellings will be where the "family" calls home for many decades, probably many centuries. And we will not be working for decades to "pay the bank back" (there is nothing to pay back, they only gave you stuff they pulled out of thin air)

And, suddenly, communities will find it so easy to live without having half (and more) of their lives pulled from them by banksters.

All the talk about building 50 story skyscrapers with green growing stuff on its side is just a fantasy that could never work. And we never needed to be that densly populated. We have tons of open area. So much land that hasn't had a human foot print on it in the last year. We are not constricted by space on this planet.

And further, these skyscrapers are not good for humans. Too many people, too tightly packed in. And the closed air systems we use actually make health worse, and lowers fertility.

Our future housing will look nothing like those "green" skyscrapers. And the structures we do make will be much more integrated into the surrounding environment.

We will have our "family" close by us for real connection, and we will still have our internet connections. It will be so much better than what we have now. Relying on our "family" instead of corporations who do not care if we continue to exist.
