Well, that pendulum is swinging for certain; delayed by the main stream media's total support of all things liberal.
They are the real danger; and need to be attacked with lawsuits; Continually! Every story that is wrong, should draw a lawsuit! They are NOT PROTECTED by the First Amendment, if they are not factual!
Dead liberal policies will hopefully line both sides of the road soon!

Legally, their only defence is that they report on Facts.
If they guess wrong,they are still liable. The only defence they have is it is NOT Liable, only if it is True!Even if some liberal judges give them the "olay"; the appeals will end up where they will win. They will still loose!

Trump is right about that.
There needs to be a judicial review of circuit courts. When a court is reversed a specific number of times by the SCOTUS, those writing the majority opinion from that court should be replaced.
The 9th circuit court, should be broken up it is too big; covers way too much area!
