Courts will just side with them each time, because most are as liberal as they are. PLUS, they will say they were "just doing their jobs, reporting the 'facts' as they thought them to be at the time."
Legally, their only defence is that they report on Facts.
If they guess wrong,they are still liable. The only defence they have is it is NOT Liable, only if it is True!Even if some liberal judges give them the "olay"; the appeals will end up where they will win. They will still loose!

Trump is right about that.
There needs to be a judicial review of circuit courts. When a court is reversed a specific number of times by the SCOTUS, those writing the majority opinion from that court should be replaced.
The 9th circuit court, should be broken up it is too big; covers way too much area!
