If my country is any example intelligence services make up a large part of the membership of racist organizations (as infiltrators) where they are well placed as agent provocateurs.
There is a saying here that one in three Klansman is an actual racist, and the other two are FBI informants spying on him ;>
Of course, the FBI doesn't infiltrate leftist or actively violent organizations.
They did try at once upon a time, and there is a very lenghty post regarding the FBI'sa success in wiping the klan out of efficient existence while staying hands off for the most part regarding the Left.
Spying is one thing but their habit of planning attacks and convincing low IQ dupes to carry them out is the real concern especially with this convenient timing.

I'm aware that these two race shooters could be MKULTRA type operations; I just don't think so.
But the more we learn about Sayoc, the more the Notabomber looks to be a false flag, so judgement can change with more data
The Notabomber sure tastes like a propaganda campaign, why go to all that MKUltra trouble any halfway decent con can convince most people to do stupid things. Hell come to think of it half our government infrastructure probably is devoted to preventing people from doing stupid and in these cases evil things. It's a losing battle.
