Conan, Frazetta, Molly Hatchet -- how can any other post be better than this one, ever ?!? Speaking of Conan and inktober, I remember Savage Sword of Conan, one of the best comic titles ever. Great stories and amazing b&w art, by Buscema, Chan, DeZuniga -- man, I really miss that one!
I have an almost complete collection of Savage Sword! The Ernie Chan cross-hatching is the best in comics! ... and that Rudy Nebres line-work is a HUGE influence in me even to this day!
