      Welcome to Steemit. I am in Nigeria too. Southern Nigeria. My name should have given me away already.

      I have been around here almost a year and I know enough to tell you to join communities, make friends. Read other people's posts and give real genuine comments (not like that piece of generic scam above). Enter contests that explores the niche of your creativity. And, more importantly, be patient. Good things take time.

      I hope you stick around long enough to improve and make money. I went through all of that route and I am glad to say it was worth every piece of sweat. Welcome again. Naija for life ;-)
