You should maybe create a sign up post for where people looking to get sponsored could sign up or encourage people to write a post on why someone should sponsor them with a #sponsormesbi so that people looking to sponsor someone can find non-spamming accounts to sponsor.

I've been having some difficulty getting the voting bot to work the way it's supposed to. For now I'm using @steemvoter's site, with a Winfrey-bot as a fallback mechanism to vote some categories and not waste voting power.
I couldn't get the winfrey-bot to vote listed favorites by % without also voting random articles, and @steemvoter doesn't offer a way to limit rules to only vote per user per day, which is obviously ripe for abuse.
I have some ideas I was going to try tonight, running a second iteration of the Winfrey-bot (one targeting the designated recipient list at 90% VP or higher, and the other targeting specified categories at 99% to keep voting power from being wasted).
If that works I will do an official launch party and contest for giveaway entries on my own page, and @steembasicincome will do a follow-up post announcing the final official launch, linking to my contest. From then it will post regular updates on who is enrolled in @steembasicincome and what shares they have.
If it doesn't work, I will need to do more research and potentially have a contest to offer free shares to whomever can provide a working solution.
