That's a valid point. Right now that piece isn't working correctly anyway. Most likely we will end up with periodic review of recipients instead of automatically not upvoting low rep on already enrolled members.

Hey @steembasicincome. Loving your service though I noticed I didn't receive an upvote from sbi today, yet I usually do, and I did get the votes from sbi2 and sbi 3 :)
There was some downtime from the @steemvoter service. We are still using @steemvoter for pool 1 (the main account) although all of the lower pools have been switched over to @steemauto.
