My name is Brett and I live in Norway.๐๐โโฝ ๐๐ฆ ๐ฅฐ
Iโve lived here for 14 years and live in Kristiansand with my wife and son. Iโm 50. Before that I lived in Scotland for 18 years(13 in St Andrews and 5 in Edinburgh). Originally Iโm from Los Angeles, although I did spend a fair amount of my childhood in the southeast of England. I love politics and history and football amongst other things. I support Crystal Palace(on a huge high about the FA Cup win- Yay!) but also have a soft spot for local team IK Start, as well as other teams from Scotland, England and the USA like Hibs, Alloa Athletic, Torquay United, Walton and Hersham FC and the LA Galaxy. My second favourite sport is ice hockey and I like the LA Kings. Iโve got a blog too which you're all welcome to read with more than 50 articles. Speak soon!๐

Where in England were you?
Thanks Gorilla! ๐๐โโฝ ๐๐ฆ ๐ฅฐ I'm originally from LA, but I spent a lot of time in the London area(and suburbs like Shepperton) as a kid and moved to Scotland when I was 18. I supported Crystal Palace through my dad. But Walton and Hersham are just down the road from Shepperton so I went to one of their matches(their in the non-leagues). Torquay is a place we used to visit every year. During my time in Scotland, I went to see a lot of both Dundee and Dundee United when I was in St. Andrews. But some of my friends came from Alloa so I rooted for them and Hibs, from my later time in Edinburgh. ๐๐โโฝ ๐๐ฆ ๐ฅฐ

What part of London were you in? I used to live in Wimbledon (and rented in Woolwich and next to Tower Bridge before that).
Which did you prefer - English or Scottish football?
There were probably some similarities between watching Shepperton and Hibs ๐
Hey gorilla! ๐๐โโฝ ๐ I have spent a lot of time in the South London area, like Streatham Hill, Wandsworth Common etc. I also spent a summer on the other side of London in Leyton(ironically one of the few London grounds I've not been to, although I heard the matches).
I love the banter of Scottish football, but as a Palace fan, English football comes first. But there's a big gap between an SPL side like Hibs and a 7th division amateur team like Walton and Hersham FC or Chertsey Town(Shepperton's closest teams). ๐๐โโฝ ๐๐ฆ ๐ฅฐ
