That's a frightening letter. The only thing that makes me angrier than bureaucracy in incompetent bureaucracy. Let us know how it gets resolved!
I really find it more annoying than frightening. The only thing that keeps Ireland chugging along these days is incompetent bureauracy, haha. I'll do an update post once I know what the story is, thanks for commenting.
Ha! Incompetent bureaucracy is the modern day equivalent to digging a hole and then filling it up again.
