Yes Finally I Did It. Games 2021 High Score Playing Steem Pong. This Is My Highest Score
In life there are times that can be viewed as minute to some individuals but to us it is everything. Steem Pong is one of those moments, which I have experienced. I have never imagined that a mere retro game would allow me to be so captivated, now I can say, Yes I finally did it. My score in Steem Pong was high at 2021. It is my best and I am so excited about it. Steem Pong is an enjoyable and heroinic game.
It may seem easy at first, and the more you play the more you get to know that it is not simply about the movement of the paddle and the flying of the ball. It takes concentration, patience and planning. Time is of essence and every step counts. Personally, I like the fun aspect of the game because it keeps me on my toes as though I were in an actual competition with myself. Every single bounce is a challenge and every coin or token that I get is a bit of victory.
The fact that it was my first round in a long time was what made this round very special as I had a lot of fun but the trip to my new high score. I submitted my Steem token to play and that was an added sense of seriousness. It was not free play anymore, it was something I invested into. And due to that I was more aggressive. I did not want to spend my token and thus provided my maximum attention. Each swing of the paddle, each reception of the ball I played as though it were my last. The motivation made me come to my best score so far- 2021 points.
The appearance of the screen with Game over- Score: 2021 pleased me and at the same time disappointed me. On the one side, I would have liked to go further, 2500 or even 3000. But on the other I was so proud. This was a record for me. I had exceeded my own limit, as it were. I made a screenshot in order to keep the memory alive. It might be an obsession to other individuals, but to me, it was payoff of study and hard work. The other thing that is beautiful about Steem Pong is that it offers life lessons though we do not even know.
I noticed this as I was playing that I had numerous opportunities to lose or miss, but the game continued to provide me with opportunities until the end. Such is how life works. Yes, we can fail in our endeavors, we can miss chances but so long as we have a life ahead, we could make another attempt. The game made me remember how patience, consistency and courage are highly valued in game as well as life.
I also learnt about timing. In Steem Pong, there is a time when you are either too early or too too late to receive the ball. Life too is like that. Rushing is sometimes not the thing, and waiting is not everything. It is being at the right time. The more I thought over it the more I noticed that games such as this are not only entertaining, but also little instructors of wisdom.
Now I am already eager to play Steem Pong my next time. In me there is the excitement of desiring to beat my own score. I am certain that when I can get to 2021, I will be able to achieve even more next time with greater concentration and better strategies. I am not scared of losing since each round would teach me something new. I want to continue getting better, continuing to earn more points, and continue to have the excitement of the game. Steem Pong has not only brought me joy, lessons, and motivation but it is more than the game.
It leaves me with the impression that the little things do count, and even in such a humble game as retro game we can get some things to inspire bigger goals in life. My 2021 score might be average to some people but in my case, it is an evidence that hard work is rewarded.
And this is why I rejoice in this moment and have my eyes upon the next challenge. Steem Pong is not a game that I play but rather an experience I enjoy. And yes, I realize that the next time I will sit down to play, I will be more firm, more intense and reach higher. The fact that I could be able to reach 2021 in the present day means that I could reach even higher the next day.
