Ancora in questi giorni ci sono state morti sul lavoro, una vergogna che deve finire, magari evitando agli over 60 ad andare a lavorare nei cantieri per racimolare i contributi che servono per la pensione.

Detto questo il lavoro e' sia un diritto che un dovere.
E' un diritto sancito dalla nostra Costituzione ma e' anche un dovere di ogni individuo per dare un senso alla propria vita.
La mia speranza e' che tutti possano avere un lavoro dignitoso grazie al quale mantenere o collaborare a farlo la propria famiglia.

Pero' un lavoro dignitoso occorre anche accettarlo quando capita, sta' iniziando la stagione turistica, ove le condizioni di lavoro e di salario fossero decorose e' bene che chi e' senza lavoro accetti anche sistemazioni non in linea col proprio passato.
Se hai 50 anni, hai sempre fatto altro, hai perso il lavoro non c'e' nulla di male, magari temporaneamente ad accettare un lavoro che e' considerato piu' umile ma che consente di portare a casa uno stipendio.

Opero nel settore turistico, fra pochi giorni saro' in struttura per un lavoro impegnativo ma prestigioso a cui pero' accedo grazie a decenni di esperienza.
Se questa esperienza non c'e' bisogna avere l'umilta' di accettare anche lavori diversi da quelli a cui si e' stati abituati.
Quando le cose cambiano solo lo stupido non cambia.

Quindi ok, il diritto al lavoro e' sacrosanto ma neanche occorre aspettarlo sdraiato sul divano, il lavoro c'è, tanto, magari occorre trovare piu' di un lavoro da poter fare in differenti periodi dell'anno in modo da non rimanerne mai senza.
Detto questo in una giornata cosi' importante non posso far altro che augurarvi BUON LAVORO!

Even in these days there have been deaths at work, a shame that must end, perhaps by avoiding over 60s going to work on construction sites to collect the contributions needed for their pension.

Having said that, work is both a right and a duty.
It is a right established by our Constitution but it is also a duty of every individual to give meaning to their life.
My hope is that everyone can have a dignified job thanks to which they can support or help their family.

However, a dignified job must also be accepted when it happens, the tourist season is starting, where the working and salary conditions are decent it is good for those without work to also accept accommodations that are not in line with their past.
If you are 50 years old, you have always done something else, you have lost your job there is nothing wrong, maybe temporarily to accept a job that is considered more humble but that allows you to bring home a salary.

I work in the tourism sector, in a few days I will be in a structure for a demanding but prestigious job that I can access thanks to decades of experience.
If this experience is not there you need to have the humility to accept jobs that are different from those you are used to.
When things change only the stupid do not change.

So ok, the right to work is sacrosanct but there is no need to wait for it lying on the sofa, the work is there, anyway, maybe you need to find more than one job that you can do in different periods of the year so as to never be without it.
Having said that on such an important day I can do nothing but wish you GOOD WORK!
