• Evacuazione della metropolitana
• Semafori spenti e collasso del traffico
• Annullati eventi culturali e sportivi
• Ospedali senza corrente
• Niente linee telefoniche e internet
• Assalti ai negozi
• Decine di persone chiuse dentro gli ascensori
• Voli cancellati e aeroporti nel panico

Questi sono soltanto alcuni disagi patiti dai cittadini spagnoli, portoghesi e da quella parte della Francia che e' stata colpita dal blackout.
Pare che la responsabilita' sia di qualche hacker che si e' divertito a mettere sottosopra la vita dei cittadini di quei paesi.
La foto che vedete e' la Spagna sotto blackout, lo stesso tipo di foto che ci viene propinata ogni volta che Cuba resta senza corrente.

Ovviamente in quelle ore tutta la produzione di quei paesi si e' fermata, ferme le fabbriche, le officine, le linee di produzione, le catene di montaggio ecc...
A Cuba questo capita praticamente ogni giorno.
Immaginatevi da noi un mese, non un anno, un mese in cui ogni giorno per 8/10 ore venga a mancare la corrente.
Immaginatevi ore e ore senza luce, connessione internet, linee telefoniche, semafori, treni, passaggi a livello, tutto spento, nulla che funziona.

La produzione di un paese capitalista ha lo scopo di creare profitto, immaginatevi che non si possa produrre piu' nulla perche' non c'e' corrente.
Non si produce piu' nulla, le commesse non vengono evase, i compratori non pagano, i proprietari delle fabbriche non possono pagare i dipendenti, senza contare che con le scuole chiuse chi guardera' i bambini durante la giornata?

Cuba e' cosi' ogni giorno che gli Orishas (o chi per loro) mandano sulla terra.
Eppure malgrado tutto questo nessuno assalta niente, non c'e' indisciplina sociale, la vita scorre normale, se non puoi cucinare ad elettricita' lo fai col gas, se non hai il gas cucini a carbone oppure con la legna.
Ma cucini e la vita continua.
Lo scrissi quando ero a Cuba a marzo e c'erano gli apagones, scrissi "Immaginatevi tutto questo da noi..."

Ora anche da noi qualcosa di simile e' arrivato, e' bastato un click e tutta la vita delle persone e' stata stravolta e non certo in modo positivo.
Ricordavo come tutta la vita cubana scorra attorno alle ore in cui c'e' corrente, si mangia prima o dopo los apagones, si lava prima o dopo, si dorme prima o dopo e via discorrendo.
Se sai gli orari in cui ti tolgono la corrente ti organizzi, se non li sai perche' non c'e' programmazione (a novembre era cosi) allora appena arriva la corrente di sbrighi a fare tutto quello che c'e' da fare in una casa o in un ufficio aprto al pubblico.

Ovviamente si spera che quanto e' accaduto in Spagna, Portogallo e Francia sai una cosa episodica ma e' bastato davvero un nulla per disegnare uno scenario apocalittico nella industrialissima Europa.

• Cultural and sporting events canceled
• Hospitals without power
• No telephone lines and internet
• Assaults on shops
• Dozens of people locked in elevators
• Canceled flights and airports in panic

These are just some of the inconveniences suffered by the citizens of Spain, Portugal and that part of France that was hit by the blackout.
It seems that the responsibility lies with some hacker who enjoyed turning the lives of the citizens of those countries upside down.
The photo you see is Spain under blackout, the same type of photo that is served to us every time Cuba is without power.

Obviously in those hours all the production of those countries stopped, factories, workshops, production lines, assembly lines etc... stopped
In Cuba this happens practically every day.
Imagine a month, not a year, in our country, a month in which every day for 8/10 hours the electricity goes out.
Imagine hours and hours without light, internet connection, telephone lines, traffic lights, trains, level crossings, everything turned off, nothing works.

The production of a capitalist country has the purpose of creating profit, imagine that nothing can be produced anymore because there is no electricity.
Nothing is produced anymore, orders are not fulfilled, buyers do not pay, factory owners cannot pay their employees, not to mention that with schools closed who will watch the children during the day?

Cuba is like this every day that the Orishas (or whoever for them) send to earth.
And yet despite all this no one attacks anything, there is no social indiscipline, life goes on normally, if you cannot cook with electricity you do it with gas, if you do not have gas you cook with coal or wood.
But you cook and life goes on.
I wrote it when I was in Cuba in March and there were the apagones, I wrote "Imagine all this in our country..."

Now something similar has arrived in our country too, it took just one click and people's lives have been turned upside down and certainly not in a positive way.
I remembered how all Cuban life revolves around the hours when there is electricity, you eat before or after the apagones, you wash before or after, you sleep before or after and so on.
If you know the times when the electricity will go out you organize yourself, if you don't know them because there is no planning (in November it was like that) then as soon as the electricity arrives you hurry up and do everything that needs to be done in a house or in an office open to the public.

Obviously one hopes that what happened in Spain, Portugal and France is an episodic thing but it really took nothing to paint an apocalyptic scenario in the highly industrial Europe.
