"Intorno alle 2:30 di lunedì mattina, un individuo alla guida di un'auto mentre attraversava Centro Habana e L'Avana Vecchia, in punti diversi, ha investito un totale di nove persone
L'autore, un cittadino straniero residente nel Paese, è stato arrestato dalle forze dell'ordine ed è sotto inchiesta.
A seguito delle ferite riportate, una donna di 35 anni è deceduta e gli otto feriti sono in cura presso il sistema sanitario della capitale.
Il veicolo avrebbe imboccato contromano Calle Reina e si sarebbe diretto verso Galiano, investendo diverse persone lungo il percorso.
Alcuni dicono che fosse "italiano", altri che fosse "cubano-americano", ma tutti concordano sul fatto che guidasse un'Audi."

Riporto questo increscioso fatto di cronaca avvenuto nei giorni scorsi nella capitale.
Se fosse accaduto in qualche citta' europea si parlerebbe subito di terrorismo, del resto questi fatti sono accaduti davvero in Europa ed in effetti si e' trattato proprio di terrorismo.

Centro Avana e Avana vieja sono uno ei punti di Cuba piu' densamente popolati di Cuba, in quelle case spesso sgarrupate ci vivono decine di migliaia di persone.
Ho trascorso gli ultimi giorni delle ultime 3/4 vacanze in una renta in Calle Cuba, vi posso assicurare che anche alle 3 di notte c'e' un casino di gente in giro, tanto quasi nessuno deve alzarsi presto per andare a lavorare.
Non in quei luoghi, non nella Cuba di oggi.

I testimoni concordano che si trattasse di un Audi, non e' ben chiaro se fosse affittata o di proprieta' del guidatore.
Si parla di uno "straniero" residente, non so su quali basi visto che poi viene tirato in ballo che potrebbe essere un cubano americano.
L'altra ipotesi e' che si trattasse di un italiano, rifilare un italiano in mezzo ai casini oramai e' una sorta di mantra, anche qua' non so su quali basi visto che di ufficiale non ho ancora trovato nulla.

Opterei per un cubano americano ubriaco, non per spirito di patria, ma perche' e' piu' facile che siano questi a ubriacarsi fino a svenire piuttosto che altri stranieri.
Parliamo di un incidente avvenuto alle 2.30 di notte che ha causato una vittima e 8 feriti, escluderei la volontarieta', probabilmente era ubriaco, un colpo di sonno e la macchina e' andata per i cazzi suoi.

C'e' pero' il discorso di aver imboccato contromano calle Reina verso Galiano, quello lo si puo' fare coscientemente oppure in modo casuale soprattutto se non si e' abbastanza lucidi.
Continuo a dire che l'assenza di policia por la calle autorizza coglioni simili a fare fast&furios con la quasi assoluta certezza dell'immunita'.
Poi succedono fatti simili con morti e feriti.

ACCIDENT

"Around 2:30 a.m. Monday morning, a driver driving a car while crossing Centro Habana and Old Havana, at different points, struck a total of nine people.

A 35-year-old woman died from her injuries, and the eight injured are being treated at the capital's health system.
The vehicle apparently drove the wrong way down Calle Reina and headed toward Galiano, striking several people along the way.
Some say he was "Italian," others say he was "Cuban-American," but all agree he was driving an Audi."

I am reporting this unfortunate news story that occurred in the capital in recent days.
If it had happened in any European city, people would immediately call it terrorism. After all, these events did indeed happen in Europe, and indeed they were terrorism.

Central Havana and Old Havana are among the most densely populated areas of Cuba, with tens of thousands of people living in those often ramshackle houses.
I spent the last few days of my last three or four vacations in a renta on Calle Cuba. I can assure you, even at 3 a.m., there's a lot of people around, since almost no one has to get up early for work.
Not in those places, not in today's Cuba.

Witnesses agree it was an Audi; it's unclear whether it was rented or owned by the driver.
They talk about a "foreigner" resident, but I don't know on what basis, since it's later brought up that he could be a Cuban-American.
The other hypothesis is that it was an Italian; dropping an Italian into the middle of a mess is now a sort of mantra. Again, I don't know on what basis, since I haven't found anything official yet.

I'd opt for a drunk Cuban-American, not out of patriotic spirit, but because they're more likely to get blackout drunk than other foreigners.
We're talking about an accident that occurred at 2:30 a.m. that left one dead and eight injured. I'd rule out intentional misconduct; he was probably drunk, fell asleep, and the car just went haywire.

However, there's the matter of driving the wrong way down Calle Reina toward Galiano. That can be done intentionally or accidentally, especially if you're not thinking clearly enough.
I still maintain that the lack of police on the street allows idiots like that to go on a rampage with the almost absolute certainty of immunity.
Then similar incidents happen, with deaths and injuries.
