E' diventato virale il video su Tik Tok in cui un ragazzetto (foto) dichiarava di avere appena lasciato l'hotel di Rimini dove avrebbe dovuto fare l'animatore, a 650 euro al mese, perche' aveva trovato della muffa nel bagno e perche' la camera non era di suo gradimento.

Iniziai a fare l'animatore piu' o meno all'eta' di quel ragazzetto, mi pagavano in prima stagione 500 mila lire al mese e la cosa piu' importante era che nel villaggio non solo ci fosse figa ma anche che potessi fare quel tipo di esperienza
Avrei lavorato gratis per il tanto che mi sono divertito in quegli anni.

Oggi faccio il Capo Villaggio, 4 mesi all'anno, quest'anno ho una staff di 15 ragazzi, tolti un paio gli altri hanno piu' o meno l'eta' di quel ragazzettto.
Due per camera, si mangia decorosamente, orari di lavoro piu' che accessibili, lo stipendio per chi e' in prima stagione piu' o meno e' quello.
E' un lavoro dove occorre capacita' di adattamento, si sta' fuori casa per mesi ed i ragazzini i oggi, abituati a farsi pulire il culo da mamma e papa' non sempre sanno affrontare le difficolta' che un lavoro, qualsiasi lavoro, comporta.

La colpa pero' non e' del ragazzino ma di chi non gli ha spiegato cos'e' il mondo del lavoro e che la vita reale non e' Tik Tok.
I miei genitori qualche valore me lo hanno inculcato, soprattutto cosa vuol dire lavorare, in piu' qua' siamo al mare con tutti i benefit che questo comporta.
I nostri nonni hanno fatto la resistenza, i nostri padri hanno provato a cambiare il mondo, la mia generazione perlomeno non ha fatto danni e ce la siamo goduta, ma quelle successive, i 45 enni di oggi, hanno tirato su queste generazioni di figli a cui tutto e' dovuto e che non hanno imparato che solo nel vocabolario diritti viene prima di doveri.

Detto questo se il ragazzetto non si trovava bene (pare che si sia fermato un ora in struttura prima di andarsene) poteva portare via i coglioni in silenzio senza sputtanare struttura e agenzia.
Fra l'altro prima di partire sai perfettamente qual'e' il compenso e nessuno ti punta una pistola in testa.
Questo e' un lavoro dove ti diverti come un matto, vedo qua' i miei ragazzi, dove ti devi sapere adattare ma che ti regala soddisfazioni immense.
Cosa che quel pirla del video non ha capito.

TIK TOK AND THE DUMB RUDENESS

A video on Tik Tok went viral in which a young boy (pictured) declared he had just left the Rimini hotel where he was supposed to be an entertainer, earning 650 euros a month, because he found mold in the bathroom and because he didn't like the room.

I started working as an entertainer around the same age as that boy. They paid me 500,000 lire a month in the first season, and the most important thing was that not only was there sex in the village but also that I could gain that kind of experience.

I would have worked for free for all the fun I had during those years.

Today I'm the Village Manager, 4 months a year. This year I have a staff of 15 people, and aside from a couple, the others are more or less the same age as that boy.
Two to a room, decent food, more than affordable work hours, and the salary for those in their first season is more or less the same.
It's a job that requires adaptability, you're away from home for months, and kids these days, accustomed to having their asses wiped by mom and dad, don't always know how to deal with the difficulties that a job, any job, entails.

The fault, however, isn't the kid's, but rather those who didn't explain to them what the world of work is and that real life isn't TikTok.
My parents instilled some values in me, especially what it means to work, plus here we are by the sea with all the benefits that entails.
Our grandparents fought in the Resistance, our fathers tried to change the world, my generation at least didn't do any damage and we enjoyed it, but the subsequent generations, today's 45-year-olds, raised these generations of children to whom everything is owed and who haven't learned that only in the dictionary do rights come before duties.

That said, if the kid wasn't happy (it seems he stayed an hour at the facility before leaving), he could have quietly left without bringing shame on the facility and the agency.
Besides, before you leave, you know exactly what the salary is, and no one's holding a gun to your head.
This is a job where you have a lot of fun—I see my kids here—where you have to know how to adapt, but which gives you immense satisfaction.
Which is something that that idiot in the video didn't understand.
