Lo scorso fine settimana siamo andati a Rionegro, uno dei comuni situati nell'Antioquia orientale. È uno dei posti preferiti di mia madre dato che andiamo sempre al Parco Tutucán dove possiamo esplorare diversi incantevoli sentieri ecologici.

Last weekend we traveled to Rionegro, one of the municipalities located in eastern Antioquia. It's one of my mother's favorite places as we always go to Tutucán Park where we can explore several delightful ecological trails.

La Cattedrale di Rionegro, una chiesa che accoglie stranieri e gente del posto soprattutto nei fine settimana, ha un edificio con un'architettura magnifica

The Rionegro Cathedral, a church that welcomes foreigners and locals especially on weekends, has a building with magnificent architecture.

Qui vediamo la statua del liberatore Simón Bolívar, un'evocazione della culla della libertà, qualcosa che rappresenta questo comune al di là del colore scuro del fiume da cui prende il nome.

Here we see the statue of the liberator Simón Bolívar, an evocation of the cradle of freedom, something that represents this municipality beyond the dark color of the river from which it takes its name.

Questo monumento rappresenta le loro famiglie, questo sito è in fase di ristrutturazione, l'anno scorso c'era un ristorante in questo stesso posto, abbiamo chiesto ad alcune persone e ci hanno detto che verrà costruito un hotel in questo posto, spero che funzioni bene come il ristorante.

This monument represents their families. This site is currently being renovated. Last year, there was a restaurant on this very spot. We asked some people and they said a hotel will be built on this site. I hope it does as well as the restaurant.
