Block-stacking Puzzle Game

In the Steem-retrogames, there are three active games that we can play, and among these games, I played the Pentris game today. The goal of the player is to stack and align falling shapes to clear horizontal lines and earn points.

You will earn more points each time a full line is completed without having any gaps in it. When there is no gap, the shapes disappear, giving you more space to continue playing the game and adding to your score.

Here is how the game works:

• Blocks of various shapes, like T, L, Z, S, square, and line, fall from the top of your screen one by one, and your goal is to put them in order.

• While the square and line are falling, you can move each piece, lift, right, or down, and rotate it to fit better among the other blocks.

• By the time you have completed a horizontal line, you will gain more points. The more lines you clear in quick succession, the higher your point.

• Also, the game will continue to speed up as your points increase, testing your reflexes and awareness.

• The game comes to an end as seen in mine as Game over with 1070 points with the tacked blocks at the top of my screen leaving no room for new pieces to fall.

In this particular play of the game, I achieved a point of 1070 by skillfully stacking and clearing lines before the blocks overflowed the screen.
