Evening, when I took this picture, I had just gone to connect the small irrigation system of the home garden, a peace, a silence, precious moments for the mind to regenerate, also considering the fact that almost always during the day, when I'm in the company of the home ball, it gives me a headache that I can't tell you, because it talks, talks, and talks again, without a solution of continuity, and so I stop for a while, to admire what surrounds me, it was a moment in which the noises were almost absent, a true magic, a real panacea for the soul, and the mind flies, towards different shores, towards destinations that I haven't yet fully explored, because the desire for change is making its way more and more, the path in my head is outlined, of course, it won't be easy for me to achieve it, because there will be so many pitfalls, so many difficulties, indeed, so many, many of which I absolutely cannot quantify because it is practically impossible to calculate everything, even if the more things, the more facts, the more variants I will be able to control, the better it will go for me. I have a certain underlying uneasiness, but I can't give up an inch, my very life is at stake...

Just for the record, today's image depicts a dried-up artichoke flower against the backdrop of a recently built house. I was walking slowly by that spot and I was tempted to take this shot, which probably didn't turn out badly. I'm certainly not a whiz at taking photos, I just look at what's around me, and not always, then when it occurs to me, I grab my smartphone and off I go, taking a few pictures, hoping to find something decent to add to my daily reports, as in this specific case...

Sera, quando ho scattato questa immagine, ero appena andato ad attaccare il piccolo sistema di irrigazione dell'orto di casa, una pace, un silenzio, preziosi momenti per la mente per rigenerarsi, anche in considerazione del fatto che quasi sempre durante la giornata, quando sono in compagnia della palla di casa, mi fa una testa che non vi dico, perché parla, parla, e ancora parla, senza una soluzione di continuità, e allora mi fermo un po', ad ammirare quello che mi circonda, era un momento in cui i rumori erano quasi assenti, una vera magia, un vero toccasana per l'anima, e la mente vola, verso lidi diversi, verso destinazioni che ancora non so stati completamente esplorati, perché la voglia di cambiamento si sta facendo sempre più strada, il percorso nella mia testa è delineato, certo, non sarà affatto facile per me realizzarlo, perché di insidie, di difficoltà ce ne saranno davvero tante, anzi, tantissime, parecchie delle quali non posso assolutamente quantificarle perché è praticamente impossibile calcolare tutto quanto, anche se più cose, più fatti, più varianti riuscirò a controllare, meglio andrà per me, una certa inquietudine di fondo c'è, ma non posso mollare di un millimetro, in gioco c'è la mia vita stessa...

Giusto per puro dovere di cronaca, l'immagine odierna ritrae un fiore di carciofo, ormai secco, con lo sfondo di una casa di recentissima costruzione, passavo lentamente in quel punto e mi è venuta voglia di realizzare questo scatto, che forse non è venuta nemmeno male, non sono di certo un mago nel fare foto, semplicemente guardo quello che mi gira intorno, e nemmeno sempre, poi quando mi viene in mente, prendo lo smartphone e via, qualche immagine, sperando di riuscire a trovare un qualcosa di decente da allegare ai miei resoconti quotidiani, come in questo specifico caso...
