Exactly two weeks, that I have not written a post of my daily report, I think that since I returned to Steemit it has never happened, it is a particular period, very particular, for me, because some things have happened, some events that have distracted me for a moment from the report on this esteemed platform, this evening, even if it is late, I want to try to send something up here, it is time, I can not wait any longer ...

Today I wanted to give a pass with the blower on the forecourt of our house, it had been a long time since I did it, I took the 5 minutes and I tried, repeatedly, to start it, I also called a friend of mine by phone, who gave me two concise pieces of advice, the 1st was to completely empty the mixture tank (the blower is one of those fuel-operated ones), the other is to remove the spark plug and give it a clean ...

I tried to remove the spark plug, later I would also have emptied the fuel tank, but to access the spark plug compartment was a mess, a special socket wrench was needed to unscrew it, so after a few fruitless attempts, I gave up, resorting to emptying the tank, a much easier solution to implement, and then partially filling it...

With all the feeling possible and imaginable I tried to start it a few times, nothing, the blower seemed not to want to respond to my commands, until after about ten unsuccessful attempts it started half-starting, I waited a few more seconds and started again, this time with the awareness that it had to go, one way or another, in fact it was just like that, another couple of empty shots and then another hiccup of the engine, this time a little bigger, a little more convinced and determined, it started, I gave it a couple of deep revs and then off, towards the complete cleaning of the yard, which was completely and perfectly successful, that blower, for various reasons, we now use it exclusively in the yard at home, it would be a shame not to use it now that it has started moving again (at least I cushion it, more or less completely, in something useful...)

Due settimane esatte, che non scrivo un post del mio resoconto quotidiano, penso che da quando sono rientrato su Steemit non sia mai accaduto, è un periodo particolare, molto particolare, per me, perché sono successe alcune cose, alcuni accadimenti che mi hanno un attimo distratto dal resoconto su questa stimata piattaforma, questa sera, anche se è tardi, voglio provare a inviare un qualcosa qui sopra, è ora, non posso più aspettare...

Oggi ho voluto dare una passata con il soffiatore sul piazzale di casa nostra, era da tanto tempo che non lo facevo, mi sono presi i 5 minuti e ho tentato, ripetutamente, di metterlo in moto, ho pure chiamato telefonicamente un mio amico, che mi ha dato due consigli stringati, il 1° è stato quello di svuotare completamente il serbatoio della miscela (il soffiatore è di quelli a carburante), l'altro è quello di smontare la candela e darle una pulita...

Ho tentato di smontare la candela, successivamente avrei anche svuotato il serbatoio del carburante, ma per accedere al vano candela era un casino, occorreva una speciale chiave a tubo per svitarla, per cui dopo qualche tentativo infruttifero, ho desistito, ripiegando sullo svuotamento del serbatoio, rimedio molto più facile da attuarsi, e sul successivo riempimento parziale del medesimo...

Con tutto il sentimento possibile e immaginabile ho tentato l'accensione alcune volte, niente, il soffiatore sembrava non voler rispondere ai miei comandi, finché dopo una decina di tentativi infruttuosi ha accennato una mezza partenza a singhiozzo, ho atteso ancora qualche secondo e sono ripartito all'attacco, questa volta con la consapevolezza che doveva andare per forza, in un modo o in un altro, in effetti è stato proprio così, un altro paio di colpi a vuoto e poi un altro singhiozzo del motore, questa volta un po' più grosso, un po' più convinto e deciso, è partito, gli ho dato un paio di sgasate a fondo e poi via, verso la pulizia completa del piazzale, che è riuscita completamente e perfettamente, quel soffiatore, per diversi motivi, lo impieghiamo ormai esclusivamente nel piazzale di casa, sarebbe un peccato non usufruirne ora che ha ripreso a fare movimento (almeno lo ammortizzo, più o meno completamente, in qualcosa di utile...)
