A truly great joy... - Una gioia davvero grande... - (Multilanguage)

There's little you can do, when certain games start off on the right foot, from a certain point of view, they're things you feel, you sense the circumstance that they'll end well, and in fact for my game this evening at Pentris that was exactly the case. I immediately noticed that I had started well, hitting several lines in a very short time, the score rose rather quickly, but, honestly speaking, I never thought I'd get this far, because landing a shot, a game worth almost 3,000 points, was far beyond my rosiest expectations, but I'll try to give a sort of reconstruction of what actually happened, within the limits of the memories that remain in my mind...

As I mentioned above, the first lines I scored came very quickly, so much so that I often returned to the starting point. It seemed like my score was growing almost visibly, 500 points practically in a flash, 700, 800, 1,000 points!! This game was a real pleasure, but when I saw that I had also achieved 1,500 points, with a decent flow of the game, then I realized that I was pulling out my best performance ever. But I threw myself even further into the game, stringing together line after line, and the 2,000 points arrived, and with them the certainty of having achieved my best performance ever. But it wasn't over there, because I had the feeling that I would push myself even further, even further, to limits I thought I could never reach...

I played with the awareness that I was writing an important page in my modest career as a Pentris player, with every additional hundred points I scored I was happier, more and more content and satisfied with what was materializing before my eyes, and when I saw the final score of 2,878, I almost couldn't believe my eyes, because I scored more than 1,000 points more than my previous record, truly an excellent performance, for my level of play!!

C'è poco da fare, quando certe partite iniziano con il piede giusto, sotto un certo punto di vista, sono cose che si sentono, si percepisce la circostanza che andranno a finire bene, e in effetti per la mia partita di questa sera di Pentris è stato proprio così, ho subito notato di esser partito bene, centrando diverse righe in pochissimo tempo, il punteggio saliva piuttosto velocemente, ma, sinceramente parlando, non avrei mai pensato di arrivare fino a tanto, perché andare a piazzare un colpo, una partita da quasi 3,000 punti, è stato molto oltre le mie più rosee previsioni, ma cerco di dare una sorta di ricostruzione a quello che è accaduto realmente, nel limite dei ricordi che mi sono rimasti nella mente...

Come ho accennato poco sopra, le prime righe che ho realizzato sono arrivate molto velocemente, al punto tale che ritornavo spesso al punto di partenza, sembrava che il punteggio crescesse quasi a vista d'occhio, 500 punti praticamente in un lampo, 700, 800, 1,000 punti!! Un vero piacere è stata questa partita, ma quando ho visto che anche i 1,500 punti li avevo conseguiti, con una discreta fluidità della partita, allora ho compreso che stavo tirando fuori la mia migliore prestazione in assoluto, ma mi sono ulteriormente gettato a capofitto nello svolgimento di questa partita, andando a infilare righe su righe, e i 2,000 punti sono arrivati, e con loro la certezza di aver realizzato la mia migliore prestazione in assoluto, ma non era finita lì, perché avevo la sensazione che mi sarei spinto ancora più in là, ancora oltre, fino a limiti che pensavo di non poter mai raggiungere...

Giocavo con la consapevolezza che stavo scrivendo una pagina importante della mia modesta carriera di giocatore di Pentris, ogni ulteriore centinaio di punti in più che facevo ero sempre più felice, sempre più contento e soddisfatto di quello che si stava concretizzando sotto ai miei occhi, e quando ho visto il punteggio finale di 2,878, quasi non credevo ai miei occhi, perché ho fatto più di 1,000 punti in più del mio precedente record, davvero una prestazione ottimale, per i miei livelli di gioco!!
