Palm WIne Tapper On A Palm Tree

A couple of months ago, a friend of mine and I visited a palm wine tapper in one of his locality. It was in a deep bush which covers a vast space of lands where farmers plant their crops.

That was in the evening hour after we were done for the activities of the day in the farm. For you to get this fresh palm wine, you have to book ahead or else nothing will be kept for you cause he usually deliver it to trader who resell on higher prices.

We were fortunate to get him at the spot that evening and we collected a gallon to enjoy ourselves. We bought pepper soup meat to use and enjoy that drink.
