📣✨THE BEST FOOD POST✨📣/ Let's eat cold 'Naengmyeon' in the hot summer! ^^
Summer in Korea is a very hard time due to the rainy season and heat wave. During this season, many koreans cool down by eating cool 'Naengmyeon(Cold Noodles)'.
There is a restaurant famous for Hamheung naengmyeon(North Korean style) near Isu Station on Subway Line 4, which is called "Yu Jeong-woo Hamheung Naengmyeon". Located inside the market alley, this restaurant is small and shabby, but the taste is beyond imagination. :)
'Bibim Naengmyeon', which is mixed with seasoning, and 'Mul Naengmyeon', which is mixed with cold broth, are representative of Korean Naengmyeon, and I personally prefer Bibim Naengmyeon.
Sometimes when I think of Mul Naengmyeon, I pour cold broth into Bibim Naengmyeon. Eating delicious cold Naengmyeon makes me feel full and relieved of the heat, so it's really good!^^
Dumplings are an indispensable side dish when eating naengmyeon! If you eat warm dumplings together with cold naengmyeon, it has the effect of highlighting each other's taste, so you can eat more deliciously.
