What you just described, "healing and removing energies to be taken back to creation and be recycled" is called transmuting energies. It's a known energy practice to visualize energies leaving you and going to the sun to be transformed into positive energy. The theory is that energy can never be destroyed, so we have to work with it and try to shape it into something more productive. I'm not highly experienced in it, but I know friends who use it. I did, at one point, create a box and put photographs on the outside and on the inside I put all the energies with these relationships that I wanted to transmute and wrote what the nonproductive energy was being transformed into. For example, "hurt between (person) and me is being released to the sun and transmuted into healing and renewed friendship." I think some positives may have come from it, even if it was just helping me work on forgiveness within myself. For the situation in which I was being cast on, I needed to step up to a higher level of response. That's when I started calling upon the archangels for assistance and visualizing real warfare and casting those spirits into hell. So I think it depends on whether you believe there's a demonic force at play or not. You can always start with transmuting and see if it works for your situation. Since I've learned how to cast out spirits, one of my friends has become free of addiction. We are given authority through Jesus to cast them out when needed.
