12 THEREFORE DO NOT LET SIN REIGN IN YOUR MORTAL BODY, THAT YOU SHOULD OBEY IT IN ITS LUSTS.
13 AND DO NOT PRESENT YOUR MEMBERS AS INSTRUMENTS OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS TO SIN, BUT PRESENT YOURSELVES TO GOD AS BEING ALIVE FROM THE DEAD, AND YOUR MEMBERS AS INSTRUMENTS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS TO GOD. 14 FOR SIN SHALL NOT HAVE DOMINION OVER YOU, for you are not under law but under grace."

I. When the human spirit is born-again or saved, it is about the reborn or regeneration or recreation of the human spirit. It is also known as being born of the Spirit (John 3:5,6).

• The human spirit has three components: the intuition, fellowship, and conscience.
  A. The Holy Spirit usually sends messages through the intuition which is known as inward witness or perceptiveness or discernment or still small voice (1 Kings 19:12).
  B. Whoever has acknowledged Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour is known to be born-again. Such a person can worship or fellowship or commune with God in spirit, because his or her spirit is regenerated or recreated, the nature of God is in him or her (John 4:23,24).
  C. The conscience, the third functional part of the human spirit, pricks or alerts or signals the believer If he or she is about taking a wrong step or doing a wrong thing which is contrary to God's principles or commands or counsels.

• A believer who is less responsive, who usually ignores the pricks or alertnesses or nudges of the conscience would eventually harden his or her conscience or make it less sensitive.
(i). When a believer's conscience is hardened or seared or calloused, It would begin to permit the believer to do things that are contrary to God's Will—permitted him or her to do things contrary to the principles or commands or instructions found in God's Word:
1 NOW THE SPIRIT EXPRESSLY SAYS THAT IN LATTER TIMES SOME WILL DEPART FROM THE FAITH, GIVING HEED TO DECEIVING SPIRITS AND DOCTRINES OF DEMONS, 2 SPEAKING LIES IN HYPOCRISY, HAVING THEIR OWN CONSCIENCE SEARED WITH A HOT IRON" (1 Timothy 4:1,2 NKJV).
(ii). Such a believer would begin to give heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, and lie at will, with hypocrisy, and eventually departed from the faith—or deviated from the right path (1 Timothy 4:1,2).
(iii). There are many believers in this state because they had deadened their conscience, they no longer lose their inner peace whenever they do contrary to God's Will or His express command; either the commands through the written Word or the ones given them through the Holy Spirit on the inside of them.

• Note: the psychologists who specializes in the study of mind and behavior, or in the treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, could not understand the spirit of human; they call it, a subconscious mind.
  a. There is nothing like subconscious mind, they know there is another part of human being which they could not see or discover, yet they know It is real—it exists. It is the spirit of Man or human, but they do not have any explanation for it.
  b. Human spirit or inward Man is not visible to eyes, but it is the core, the main person, who lives after the physical death. Human being is an eternal being.
  c. This is the difference between the humans and the animals—animals are of souls and bodies. Thus, there is life after death for human beings because we are Eternal Being.

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Whatever is contrary to your health is rebuked and rooted out completely in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
• The hold is totally broken and never to rise or be formed again in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. As you took the steps A and B your name is written in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
