Hmmm 🤔 I don’t know if there is any way around the green color… the peanut butter is definitely the ticket ! I’m glad you like my Wednesday posts. It’s been fun making dishes from around the world. I think next time I’ll make more of a traditional curry with all the spices. Thanks @buckaroo- always nice having you over :)

When I make a green smoothie, despite some fruit in it, my husband turns a shade of green just looking at it! I would suggest you try some South African dishes but we are famous for deep fried pastry and big hunks of meat with a local favourite called pap (a type of polenta I guess)

My green smoothies never turn out to be that pretty green- so I can see how it wouldn’t be appetizing to some. That Pap sounds interesting… I don’t know if I’ve ever had a South African dish… this is inspiring me to find and make one :)

Oh mine are a lovely lime to apple green. I always add some fruit. And always avo! Today we had pineapple and pear. Then I raid the leafy greens from our garden (beet, kale, brocolli, cabbage, spinach and an assortment of herbs) and a fresh carrot or two. Plus baobab powder. Yum

Sounds divine! I wouldn’t mind having your garden in our smoothies :)
