Great job @puravidaville, you simplified this dish so much I’ll have a hard time being surprised at a curry restaurant.
I remember when you threw down in the kitchen too… I came home from school and you had all of this awaiting me and then the day you stuffed those peppers with farro and deliciousness for me to come home to… man, I miss those food fight friday preparations. But I’ll feed you my creations anytime for the rest of my life… no sweat!
