Nice, thanks @avizor! It really was a simple curry but quite delicious too. I usually try and show ‘every step’ even if there are mess ups or tricks 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m glad you like it. Definitely good for a cooler day but if you’re like me then you will make soups in 90 degree weather. What can I say, we live in LA- if I didn’t then I would never have soup. Haha
