Oh that looks so good, and surprisingly not that many ingredients which is always a bonus. I would happily have this for breakfast lunch and dinner. Do you soak your rice before cooking? Apparently that’s a tip for soft fluffy rice, have never tried it but will next time rice is on the menu.

I use brown rice and always rinse and soak before cooking. If I don’t do this step then it will taste very earthy. I also like to season and add chopped tomatoes, onions, spices and whatever else I think of while cooking rice. Definitely give it a go- you won’t regret it.
Yummmmm-oh yes please! I’m totally doing this with my next batch of rice, especially brown it can come off a bit too bland sometimes.
Yea, I constantly add different things to my rice while it’s cooking. The result is kind of like a pilaf or jambalaya kind of.
