Thank you @afzalqamar for another episode of homemade ketchup. My experience for last week's challenge has motivated me to carry out this challenge.
For this week challenge, I need clarity on something. When can I add the fried ginger and green chilli pepper to the tomato ketchup?
Once you have filtered the boiled tomatoes, fry the ginger and green chillies, then pour the tomato solution that you filtered into the frying pan.
