In this, I have taken half a kg of tomatoes and two onions, ginger and garlic and I washed them well. I would like to use fresh tomatoes. Whenever I bring vegetables, wash them well and then cut them. Then I cut the tomatoes into thin long pieces.
I also peeled the onion and cut it into thin pieces. I made pieces of ginger and added those pieces to it as is. And I took some garlic and peeled the garlic and added that too.

I kept stirring it and watching it, but it had also released a lot of water. When I looked after 20 minutes, the water had also dried up and the tomatoes and onions had become completely soft. Then I turned off the stove.
I cooled the tomatoes and onions and garlic a little. After cooling them, I took a juicer machine, in which we often make milkshakes, I put them in it and made it very fine.
When all these things were very fine, I washed the same container that I had taken before, then at home I sieved it well by walking. It will be difficult to walk in a small sieve, but slowly I sieved everything.
At home, I put a medium-sized sieve and put it on it to cook again. At the same time, I also stirred it with a spoon. In it, I added half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of salt. You can add pepper, salt and sugar to your taste. I added less than half a cup of sugar to it and then I cooked it. Along with this, I took white vinegar and I added three teaspoons of it. I added vinegar to it and I kept stirring it with a spoon until it thickened.
When it thickened, I took it out of the pot and saw that the water in it had completely dried up. Then I took it off the stove and cooled it a little. When the ketchup cooled down, I took it out of the pot in a round glass pot. Now my ketchup is ready.
This is a very easy and good method. He says that the ketchup in the market is very expensive to make. And I don't know if it is made from clean ingredients or not.
