Homemade Tomato and Garlic Ketchup

Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah. Today I am participating #ketchup-s27w1.Thank you very much @afzalqamar teaching us such Home made ketchup.

Ingredients we need :

After I gathered the necessary ingredients to make ketchup,First, I will wash the tomatoes very well so that there are no germs and chopped the tomatoes into pieces. After cutting the tomatoes, I will peel the garlic cloves.

Then I put a pan on the stove and add the chopped tomatoes in the pan. I add a cup of water and cover with a lid to cook the tomatoes.

After 5-7 minutes, when the tomatoes are slightly cooked, I will add the garlic cloves. Then I will cover and cook for a while.

Once the tomatoes are cooked, I transfer them to a bowl and let them cool for a while. Once the cooked tomatoes are cool, I put them in a blender jar and blend them. To make a smoother tomato ketchup, you need to blend the tomatoes quite well.

After blending the cooked tomatoes, I will strain them through a sieve to separate the tomato seeds and peels.

Now I will take the tomato sauce in a pan and put it on the stove and turn on the stove. Then I will add 1 tablespoon of red chili and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix it well.

Then I will add 2 tablespoons of sugar and vinegar and mix it well. All the ingredients are added. Now I will keep stirring continuously until the right consistency is reached. After 4-5 minutes my tomato and garlic ketchup is ready to serve.
Final presentation
I did not face any such problem in making tomato and garlic ketchup. However, it was not possible to find one of the necessary ingredients (grape or apple vinegar) to make the ketchup. So I made the ketchup with white vinegar which is easily available. Moreover, the teacher @afzalqamar explained the recipe in such a beautiful and detailed way that it became very easy for us to make this recipe.A useful ketchup for daily use is ready in a short time.
I find the taste and mental satisfaction of any homemade food more. There is also a difference in the taste of homemade food and the food available in the market. This homemade tomato and garlic ketchup is very delicious and flavorful. All the ketchups available in the market seem a little sweeter to me. And I have added sweet and sour to this homemade ketchup according to my taste. Various types of preservatives are added to the market ketchup and my homemade ketchup is preservative free and healthy. It has the taste and flavour of fresh tomatoes.The issue of cleanliness is definitely worth considering.
