Hello Everyone!!!

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing course Steemit Challenge Season 27 Week 02 - Homemade Tomato and basil Ketchup. First of all i would like to thank @afzalqamar for presenting herbal ketchup that are very beneficial for health in this Steemit Challenge Season 27 .

Before going to start today's task I would like to invite @roohiasif99, @uzma4882 and @sualeha for the contest.

I'm following the same process that mentioned by teacher. Let's move towards the task.

List all the ingredients used in making herbal basil tomato ketchup along with their correct quantities. (2 marks)

Ingredients :

Ingredient	Quantity
Fresh Tomatoes	1/2kg
Apple cider vinegar	1/4 Cup
Salt	To taste
Basil leaves fresh	12
Red Chili	To taste
Jaggery	75grams
Black paper	To taste
Cloves	2
Cinnamon	1 little piece
Extra Virgin Olive Oil	1 tbsp

Write the complete step-by-step method of making herbal basil tomato ketchup from washing to the final cooking.(4 marks)

Wash tomatoes properly with water and cut into small sized. Add these tomatoes in a pan and add 1/2cup of water.
Cook it until tomatoes become soft then cool it and blend it in blender.
Strain this tomato paste through stevie.

Take 1tbsp of extra vergin Olive oil and sauté Cinnamon stick and clove of sometimes. Then add tomato paste int it and cook for few minutes.
Then add spices and brown sugar in it. Cook the mixture until desired consistency of ketchup.
Turn off the stove and add basil leaves and cover the lid and leave it for few minutes. So beneficial ingredients of basil integrated into ketchup

Flter this mixture again to remove basil keaves,cloves and Cinnamon stick. Now delicious tomato basil Ketchup iscready to enjoy.

5- Reduces cholesterol	This ketchup reduces high cholesterol and balances blood pressure.
