Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I am here with a very great homework for you, your herbalist. It is about making ketchup at home. People all over the world like to eat ketchup. Sometimes it is spread on slices, sometimes on bread, sometimes on shawarma, sometimes on burgers.

I thought why not teach you how to make ketchup at home and also tell you its herbal benefits so that you can benefit from making herbal ketchup according to your health. First, I gathered all the ingredients that were to be used in the turmeric ketchup. Then I put the tomatoes in an open container and washed them thoroughly with water so that any dirt or other debris on them would come off. Then I cut the tomatoes into small pieces.Today I got very expensive tomatoes at Rs. 600 per kg.

I put the chopped tomatoes in a pot and placed it on the stove, turned the heat down, and started stirring slowly with a spoon. I also added half a cup of water so that it would boil quickly and I could process it into ketchup.

After five to seven minutes of simmering, the tomatoes' skins began to peel off and they were fully cooked and ready to go. Now the next step was about to begin, which was to put them in a juicer and blend them to make a paste.

Now I kept the container with the tomatoes for some time so that it could cool down and I could blend it in the blender. After some time, it cooled down and I put it in the jug of the blender and pressed the button of the blender. After some time, it was completely blended and now the next step was to filter it.

Now I took all the tomato solution out of the jug and poured it into a mesh cloth and placed the pot underneath to filter it. After filtering it well, I threw away the remaining pulp and was now ready for the next step.

I had cooking oil, so I poured two tablespoons of it into the pot and placed it on the stove to heat the cooking oil. After that, I placed the spices I was going to add nearby.

The cooking oil was heated up and I added black pepper, red pepper and turmeric to it and started stirring it slowly with a spoon. The flame was very low. As soon as the spices started to give off a pleasant aroma, I took it down so that it would not burn and added the tomato solution to it.

I poured the tomato solution into a pot and placed it on the stove, turned on a low flame, added apple cider vinegar, salt, and sugar, and kept stirring it slowly with a spoon so that it wouldn't burn at the bottom and everything would dissolve slowly.
After about seven to ten minutes of cooking, the tomato ketchup, which was made with turmeric, was ready. When I first checked its taste, it was very delicious.
