I was dubious until I read it, but I recommend Alan Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I smoked for 16 years, then after reading that book I haven't wanted to since (18 months now). I got about 3/4 of the way through and all of a sudden I started crying because I knew I didn't have to smoke any more! Wonderful moment. It also worked for 2 other people I know. Don't ask me why this book is so effective, but it really is! Good luck!
Thanks i will check it out. But im curious, what is inside the book that makes it work so well
Hmmmm... Not sure exactly! It's not one of these books that's full of secrets or 'follow these steps 1 2 3...' but somehow it helps you see the reasons you started and why you continue, and why you no longer need to do it. I don't know. It's very powerful anyway, even though it's written by an ordinary bloke who talks plain. I guess it's one of those you have to read yourself, as no-one can seem to explain why it's worked for them!
