Mick, I didn't know about your condition, but thank you for sharing. I always feel that if we all share our demons they can't come and haunt us.

Years ago I read a book called So B. It by Sarah Weeks; she was not particularly famous author then, perhaps not now either :) This particular book came into my kindle as a "one free book of the month"; these are books by new authors; self published people and stuff. But the story is so striking (she write for young adults mostly) I still remember vividly. The reason I brought this up, is in that story there is a wonderful human being with Agoraphobia; and it was a extreme case. But throughout the book she struggled with it and lift herself above it at the same time. She is not the main character of the book, but the her condition plays an important role in the book.

I don't know why I thought about "S B. It"; and I don't even know if you like to read books at all; but if you do, I highly recommend it.

Pictures came in beautiful, and yes I know about that lens :)

this Demon came with my Burn-out allong with depression , back in 2008 .
It's strange to learn that you fear things that you never did before , and that you are actually no longer in control the way you used to be . I will look up the book and when i find the time i'll try to read it .
