[수다쟁이 #948] 꽃게풍년
꽃게철이 돌아왔습니다~ ㅎ
몇년전부터 가을 요맘때면 꽃게를 사서 가족들과 쪄서 먹고 있습니다.
육지에 살땐 소래포구에 가서 꽃게를 사 먹기도 했으나 요즘은 마트에서도 살아있는 꽃게를 구하기가 쉽습니다.
1kg에 1만2,500원 가량이었는데 올해 꽃게가 많이 잡힌다 했었는데 체감이 되네요.
올해는 조금 더 많이 사서 꽃게도 쪄서 먹고, 게장도 담그자 했습니다.
그런데 말입니다!
이렇게나 많이 꽃게를 샀는데요.
꽃게를 쪄서 먹고, 꽃게탕 끓여먹고...
그리고 꽃게탕 한번 더 끓여먹을 것 남겨놓았더니.. 하나도 남지 않았습니다. ㅎ
참! 꽃게와 함께 들어있던 톱밥은 감나무 밑에 묻어두었습니다. ㅎ
