어제 잠을 잘 못잤더니..
엄청 피곤하고
새벽에 일찍 일어난김에
산책을 좀 하고 들어옴.
그리고 씻었는데..

덕분에 더 피곤함.

낮잠을 좀 많이 자야겠다.
부족한 잠은 채워줘야
몸이 버텨주는듯..

이것도 총량에 법칙이 있는듯...
