Guacamole completes the taste and makes it wonderful indeed. Unfortunately, fall is coming and avocados are now becoming out of season. I found some avocados at the store, but they're hard as a rock, and it takes over a week for them to ripen. I've been waiting for a long time, and I have four more hard ones in the refrigerator. What am I going to do?!!
