Actually you had already said the answer, @cryptopie. Vietnamese coffee is far much more stronger than the average coffee. The reason is because they use a fine ground coffee powder and slow-drip the brew with a phin filter. After drinking one cup, you could stay up for a whole entire day. If you drink two cups, you'll end up with a headache. Seriously. The taste is pretty good, so as long as you drink vietnamese coffee in small portions and don't overdo it, it's great. My favorite Vietnamese coffee is the Salt Coffee. My second favorite is the Coconut Coffee 🥥. I haven't had the Batangas Coffee yet. What is it like? As for your mom, some people just can't tolerate coffee because it bothers the stomach. Yes, powered milk would be better than whole fresh milk for people with lactose intolerance. Have a nice day @cryptopie. 😊

Batangas coffee is Liberica coffee, it is very fragrant and tasty for me unlike Arabica and Robusta @gungho. It is also strong which is why it is called a "Barako" or Stud in English denoting its effect to be strong like a kicking Steed or a goring Bull :D but it is really delicious with just a small amount it is still fragrant and still quite strong, it makes my heart pump good which I only like while I am hooked-up at dialysis to prevent hypotension.

I am glad that you have an interesting Vietnamese coffee flavor favorites. Coconut cream is truly a versatile ingredient, you should use it for creating meals and there are lots of recipes out which you can use coconut cream with. As for salted coffee, I definitely haven't tried that and it is the first time I learned that there is such a coffee preparation like that.

It is nice to "talk" to you again my friend. May God bless you and keep you and your loved ones. Take care. 🌹🌹🌹🧡🧡🧡
