큰 아이 학원픽업때문에 오늘은 시간이 부족해서 강도를 좀 높여보고자 한 번 뛰어봤다.
몇달을 제대로 뛴 적이 없다보니 5키로밖에 안되는데 마지막에 좀 페이스가 떨어졌다.
그래도 다리에 크게 부담은 없어 다행이다.
마시지 충분히 해서 내일도 한번 뛰어봐야겠다.
