아내 일 데려다 주고 와서 아이들 점심주기 전에 짧게 한 타임!

점심 주고 아이들도 다 나가서 오후에는 좀 길고 고도를 높이려고 빡세게 다녀왔다.

오후 운동을 하고 느낀 것!
아 대회때마다 진짜 힘들었지 내가 이걸 왜 잊었을까!!!

18시간안에는 어떻게 들어오지 않을까 생각했었는데 24시간안에 들어오면 다행일거 같다.

그리고 후반에는 방한에 신경써야 할 것 같다.
