본가에 와서 러닝!
장거리후에도 부상 없이 계속 달리기 위해 아주 천천히 천천히 달리고 있다.
그동안 대회 준비를 못했으니 이번 연휴기간에 벼락치기지만 이렇게 준비해 보자.
무리없이 이 페이스로 준비하면 매일 20키로정도는 크게 부담은 없을거 같다.
첫째도 부상 조심! 둘째도 부상 조심!
